These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Legacy Golf Systems, a product of Luma Tech Digital LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our tee-time booking, payment, and messaging services (the “Services”), you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payments

Tee-time reservations are made with the golf course through the Services. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the golf course you book with.

SMS messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Legacy Golf Systems about your tee time, including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation confirmations. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies by your booking activity — typically 1–5 messages per reservation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@lumatechdigital.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luma Tech Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
