Legacy Golf Systems is a product of Luma Tech Digital LLC (“Legacy Golf Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when golfers and golf courses use our tee-time booking, point-of-sale, and messaging services (the “Services”).

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when booking, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Booking details such as the course, date, and time of your reservation.
• Payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data (device and usage information) needed to operate the Services.

How we use information

• To take and confirm tee-time bookings and process payments.
• To send transactional SMS messages: booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation confirmations.
• To provide customer support and operate the golf course's account.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Services.

SMS / text messaging

When you opt in to text messages during booking, Legacy Golf Systems sends transactional SMS relating to your tee time, including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation confirmations.

Mobile information — no sharing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services (such as our messaging and payment processors) solely to help us deliver the Services, and never for their own marketing.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive a confirmation at the time of booking, one or more reminders before your tee time, and a confirmation if you cancel — typically 1–5 messages per reservation.

Opting out and help.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@lumatechdigital.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with the golf course you book with, and with service providers such as Stripe (payments) and Twilio (messaging) that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal and accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@lumatechdigital.com. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
